The Summer Holiday Juggling Act
The Summer Holidays have begun now for many families, and being a parent, you really have to step up to the challenge of being Super Woman (or Man) to be able to handle the 6 week summer holiday… Mum I want this… Dad can we do that, then you have the stresses of work, still trying to maintain your career.
Then there is the house… no one ever cleans it like you do, and no one EVER picks up after themselves, and they all leave their shoes where they took them off. If you are anything like me, you just want to scream sometimes
So when did life become so hectic? If I could just sleep a little less, I could get so much more done. I see some families make it all look effortless, what is there secret I wonder?
Our team at Creations always prepare themselves for the last 2 weeks in August where we are completely over run by stressed out parents flying around trying to get everything on the ‘back to school to do’ list done, hair cuts are certainly top priority!
Our Creations Barber Shop is perfect for the Father and Son double appointment, and for a the little ladies Creations Hair and Beauty in Chichester give the full wash cut and finish service from the age of 11, with the head massage too! I have seen some lovely examples of the young girls feeling so grown up when they come and have their haircut, and obviously there is a heavily discounted rate for children which is always a bonus.
Then once you have the kids sorted, and everything is back to normal, I would always suggest some time for you. Very much needed after the crazy 6 weeks.
