Creations Hair Salon have always been education focussed; we are proud to say 90% of our team are ‘home grown’ having trained with us and grown up with the culture and ethos of the salon.
Continual education is vital to the growth of our salon and to deliver expert service to our clients.
Creative Club
Creative Club is our after-school club for 15-16 year olds. We train in the basics of hairdressing such as shampooing, customer service, salon systems, salon etiquette, blow drying, heat styling, plaiting, braiding, hair up and colour placement.
Many of the Creative Club team have the opportunity to progress into a full-time role at Creations at the age of 16.
