Well done to Damien Coonan for raising £4,000 so far!

Our senior stylist Carli Coonan’s Husband Damien decided at the start of lockdown to do something positive with his time… to grow his hair for charity!

Cancer is close to many of us, with around 165,000 cancer deaths in the UK every year. Which is why Damien wanted to raise precious funds for Cancer Research, since the 23rd March, Damien decided to grow his hair, take a look at the stages!

On the 1st October at 8am Damien will be getting his head shaved at Creations Hair Salon in Chichester, back to his usual self! £4,000 has been raised so far, with the initial target of £4,500. Let’s help Damien reach his goal!

CAUSE

Lymphoma

Survival rates for many types of lymphoma has increased significantly – now, twice as many people survive non-Hodgkin lymphoma as in the 1970s. And four out of five people will survive Hodgkin’s lymphoma, compared to fewer than half of patients in the 1970s.

Statement from Damien:
I have my hair cut every 2 weeks and normally have a 0.5 all over, I’m going to grow my hair for a whole year.
Cancer is happening right now, which is why I’m fundraising right now for Cancer Research UK.
As most of you know that Cancer has effected far to many lives and I want to raise as much money as I can.
Please Donate to my page today and help bring forward the day when all cancers are cured.
