It’s been a very hard year for us all but that hasn’t stopped our shining star Keeley Rushman taking advantage of any down time to work on her ever growing skills set.
The last 12 months has seen her grow as a stylist and train alongside Milkshake to become one of their experts for Creations Hair Salon. ‘I love using the Milkshake brand, after working with them I understanding exactly how the products and colours work with the hair enabling me to better communicate with my clients’.
Keeley has been part of the team at Creations for over 5 years, completing her NVQ level 2 Hairdressing training, working with developing our younger team members and building a very busy client base.
In fact, the year has ended perfectly as Keeley was last week promoted within the salon, Keeley used to charge £48 for a cut and finish and is now charging £54. All our team have a specific criteria to hit, once they have, this means a promotion. We are so proud of Keeley!!
