Creations Hair Salon in Chichester are experts in hair loss solutions. Our expert Gary Ashcroft specialises in all kinds of hair and scalp issues such as Alopecia, menopausal thinning, post pregnancy hair loss, and can recommend different types of hair loss treatments.
Gary Ashcroft – Hair Loss Specialist. I have been at Creations for 17 years and began specialising in hair loss working with the charity My New Hair 13 years ago. I worked closely with Trevor Sorbie at his Brighton Salon which cemented my passion for helping those suffering medical hair loss from treatment such as chemo. Over the last 13 years i have supported over 300 women going through treatment as well as working with the Hair Reborn charity supporting clients as their hair grows back.

Your Hair Loss Consultation: We invite you in for a 30 minute consultation to discuss the hair loss challenges you are facing, and what solutions there are. This service costs £30.00.
Wig Personalisation Service: We can personalise your wig to suit you, whether you have purchased the wig from us, or you have sourced it yourself. The price is from £72, and is a 45 minute appointment. Wig Spa Service. Drop your wig into us to be washed, treated styled and boxed from £42.
Scalp Detox Treatment and Blowdry: Book in for a scalp detox treatment, to cleanse deep within the follicle. We will then finish the service with a full blow dry. This is a 15 minute appointment, and is charged at £30 in addition to a cut or shampoo & finish.
Post Treatment Cut: As your hair begins to grow through after treatment, such as chemotherapy, it can be more difficult to manage. We offer a post treatment cut to trim your hair, and advise you on your hair maintenance as it grows back through. Each appointment is 30 minute and we charge from £45.

Post Hair Loss Service
At Creations, we understand hair loss after treatment can feel overwhelming. Our specialist service supports your regrowth journey with care and expertise. Each appointment includes consultation, tailored cutting, scalp care, and ongoing support to help rebuild confidence and feel like yourself again.
Your first appointment is 45 minutes at £45 and focuses on understanding you and your hair. It includes a full consultation, personalised advice, a gentle shampoo and tailored cut, plus a nourishing scalp treatment to support healthy regrowth.
You’ll then have two follow-up appointments, 8–10 weeks apart, each 30 minutes at £45. These visits provide ongoing reshaping, support, and advice as your hair changes. Extra time can be added if needed.
By your fourth visit, you’ll move back to a regular cutting routine.
