How often should I wash my hair?

On average, every other day or every 2 to 3 days is perfectly fine, but if you have an oily scalp or suffer with dandruff, you may need to wash your hair more or with a specialist shampoo range

How can I tell if I am losing too much hair?

It is normal to loose between 50 and 100 hairs a day, but if you feel your scalp is more noticeable, when you pull your fingers through your hair, you are noticing several strands come out when you pull your fingers through your hair, or more hair on the brush or on the floor.

How often should I get a haircut?

For short hair, you should be getting your hair cut every 3 to 4 weeks, and for medium to long length hair, we would recommend between 8 and 12 weeks to keep your hair healthy and in shape

Should I wash my hair with cold or hot water?

Hot water is more effective than cold water to remove product build up and dirt, and cold water is better to seal in the moisture which will leave the scalp hydrated. So in short, your first shampoo to use hot water and second shampoo, use cooler water.
