What a year it’s been for our stylist Charlotte Miles who started her journey with Creations 6 years ago!
At the tender age of 14, Charlotte started out at our Creative Club, learning the basic of haircare, general salon running, and blow-drying. We soon saw this rising star and asked her to come work for us at weekends and after school and eventually sign up to complete her training with the Creations Academy.
After completing her NVQ Level 2 in Hairdressing, Charlotte along with Keeley Rushman, took over the running of Creative Club, teaching our new shining stars all about our industry.
‘I love helping 14-16 year olds understand the hairdressing industry and watching their confidence grow’ said Charlotte.
Charlotte has enrolled on many extra training courses that have enabled her to grow as a stylist and colourist at Creations, such as the Milkshake Expert Course, a 6 week in depth course on how Milkshake colour can create the perfect look and how Milkshake haircare can help clients cope with their hair at home.
‘I’ve learnt so much and still continuing to grow my knowledge with regular training and courses. I am a milkshake expert for the salon too after falling in love with their products!’
Charlottes ‘GO TO’ product is Incredible Milk Leave In Treatment by Milkshake and her favourite look to create is soft waves and changing someone’s appearance with colour techniques such as Foilyage and other bespoke colouring.
