£5044 Raised For A Fantastic Cause!
Creations has been renowned for years as the salon with a heart, a culture where by motivating and nurturing the team, you create a happy team, and in turn happy customers.
Over the past 2 years the team and clients have raised over £30,000 for charities such as The CoCo’s Foundation, and St Wilfrids, to name but a few.
After the team of 7 came back from South Africa in October 2014, they were overwhelmed and humbled by their experience of building a house in aid of The CoCo’s Foundation for a child-headed family, they have in turn, inspired 4 more of the team to head over to the Kwa-Zulu Natal region, to carry on the good work… and so the fundraising continues!
We thought we would kick start 2015 off with The Hearts and Diamonds Ball. We held our first in 2014 and wanted to make this bigger and better and something clients could get behind too.With a buzzing crowd of 135 people, the night started in style, with the band Steel Strum, to get everyone in the mood, Dawn Gracie as our host and compere for the auction and DJ Pete Wood to take everyone through to the early hours of the morning.
The total amount raised in 5 hours of fun was £5,044! A great start to another year of fundraising! We have lots more planned in 2015 including skydiving, 10k runs and a 15 mile coastal walk too!
